The Jerusalem post had an article today discussing the rescue of 13 Iranians from pirates. The pirates from are believed to be from Somali. The resuce took place in the Arabian Sea. Now for the humor. The Iranians that were rescued by the same Carrier group that Iran had told the United States to keep out of the Strait of Hormuz. Fortuneately for the Iranians the American task force was also able to gain control of the ship the Iranians were on. The pirates are in custody aboard the aircraft carrier the USS John D. Stennis.
The Iranians are on their way home aboard their vessel thanks to the United States. The Iranians have not lifted the warning they gave the United States Tuesday. The warning was to keep ships out of the Straits of Hormuz or that would take action. They additionally, stated they do not give more than one warning.... So that is how they say thank you in Persian.
